- A jar of Michiz Jollof Paste
- 2 cups of rice
- Salt to taste
How to make
- Wash rice and put in a pot, add Jollof paste, mix thoroughly.
- Add enough water to slightly cover the rice, cover the pot with foil then the pot lid to lock in steam. Cook for 35 - 40minutes.
- Add butter (optional) and stir, then add salt if need be according to your palate.
Nigerian Jollof is ready, can be paired with salad or any sides of your choice.
