Nigerian Jollof

Experience the flavors of Nigeria with easy-to-make Jollof. Using our Michiz Jollof paste and simple ingredients like rice and salt. 


  • A jar of Michiz Jollof paste
  • 2 cups of rice
  • Salt to taste

How to make:

  1. Wash rice and put in a pot, add Jollof paste, mix thoroughly.
  2. Add enough water to slightly cover the rice, cover the pot with foil then the pot lid to lock in steam. Cook for 35 - 40minutes.
  3. Add butter (optional) and stir, then add salt if need be according to your palate.

Nigerian Jollof is ready, can be paired with salad or any sides of your choice.
